What is the repeat?
Repeat is the distance between the beginning of one imprint to the beginning of the next imprint.

Is EventTape® roll banner suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. EventTape® roll banner is a polyethylene plastic which resists moisture and is designed to be displayed indoors or out. Although EventTape® roll banner withstands water, solvent cleaners such as Windex and Fantastic will remove the ink.

How is it EventTape® roll banner biodegradable?
An additive is being introduced to our plastic during the extrusion process that allows our EventTap® roll banner and Flashbags to be 100% biodegradable and 100% recyclable. Our biodegradable plastic roll banner does not require special packaging or storage and under proper circumstances will begin to degrade in a landfill in 8-10 months. Can I print EventTape® roll banner on different colored material?
We stock white and yellow material. Other colors of material drastically affect the color of ink printed on them resulting in dull, faded and inaccurate color output.

Who owns the printing plates once they are made?
Whoever pays the invoice.

What do you do with the plates after my job has printed?
We store them for our customers in the proper packaging and climate to preserve the plates for as long as possible. We accept all responsibility for plates that are in our possession.

How do I specify the colors in my logo?
We color match using the Pantone Matching System. We can match most PMS colors within one shade.

In what format do you prefer to have artwork provided?
We prefer vector EPS files in either Macromedia Freehand MX & earlier or Adobe Illustrator CS4 & earlier. All text should be converted to paths or outlines. Artwork provided in other formats may require a nominal artwork fee.

How do I approve my artwork before my order is produced?
We provide both paper template proofs and color proofs that can be emailed. We will not produce an order without the artwork being approved by the client.

Can I order quantities less than the minimums listed?
Our minimums are established to make production more efficient and provide the best possible cost to our clients. Therefore it is impractical and uneconomical to produce quantities less than what we list in our online catalog.

Sometimes ink will run out or logos will fall slightly out of registration. Why?
Occasionally during a run ink trays have to be refilled causing ink to fade or fall out of registration for a few feet. Each 3,000 ft. unit is overrun 10% to make up for any of these imperfections that occur. If this ever happens make sure you continue to unroll banners because the problem should correct itself within 50 ft.

How should I store my EventTape® roll banner rolls?
The rolls should be stored at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. EventTape® roll banner is produced on polyethylene plastic which will begin to melt at extreme temperatures. Definitely avoid storing your rolls in vehicles for extended periods during the summer months.
